THE THEORETICAL AND LEGAL NATURE OF ECONOMIC CONTRACTS IN NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN LAW

Abstract
This research shows the essence and meaning of a comercial agreement in na- tional law and conducted parallel with the right of Western European countries. It concerns the problems hindering harmonization of Ukrainian and EU law in terms of legal regulation of comercial agreements and proposes solution of these problems.
