The Training of Future Teachers to Work in A Multicultural Environment: A Comparative Analysis of Canada and Ukraine

Abstract
The article provides a comparative analysis of how future teachers in Canada and Ukraine are prepared to work in the multicultural environment. The author highlights the urgency of this kind of teacher training in the context of the current multinational and multicultural environment, which should enable teachers to communicate and cooperate with representatives of different nationalities. The analysis concentrates on teacher training curricula used in pedagogical faculties of Canadian and Ukrainian higher education institutions. The main tasks of multicultural education of future teachers in Canada are also outlined.
