THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE JUDGE’S SENSE OF JUSTICE: GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONCEPT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the essence and content of transformation of the judge’s sense of justice. The author introduced into the scientific revolution the notion of “transformation of the judge’s sense of justice”, “the ideal sense of justice of the judge”, the relationship of the ideal sense of justice and the deformed sense of justice of the judge, justified own vision of the process of deformation of the sense of justice of the judge.
