The type of communicative activity and modeling of writer‘s psychological portrait (based on dramatic texts by Thomas Berngard)

Abstract
With the aim of developing a psychological portrait of the writer Thomas Bernhard the analysis of speech acts of the characters of his dramatic texts in the communicative, cognitive and pragmatic aspects are done. The linguistic status of the communicants and their relational potentials are defined. Relational potential of the character, while forming concepts, increases the information content and expressiveness of fiction. It reflects the cognitive aspect of the dramatic text (text concepts), sociolinguistics of the drama (verbalized social roles of the characters, their status), and also allows to conclude about the nature of array stratification in the dramatic speech of the characters by the concepts. The definition of the speech status of the communicant is based on the scheme of the communicative activity of the characters. One can detect the speech status with the help of the «passport», consisting of a series of questions and comments. While filling the «passport» for each character the reasons for making an «audience sketch» of the dramatic texts that have so-called star appear. Circular, triangular and hierarchical schemes correspond to the configurations of communication in social psychology. The analysis of the communicative activity of the characters in the dramatic texts of Thomas Bernhard, the determination of their linguistic status and socio-psychological configuration of the communication between the characters make it possible to imagine a psychological portrait of their author.
