THE UKRAINIAN DWELLING LAW GENESIS WHILE INTEGRATING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article discuses the development of the national legislation of Ukraine, especially the dwelling law as such mechanism of providing dwelling rights for the citizens of Ukraine. Studying the genesis of the dwelling legislation lets us to conclude that we need to develop the third period of the dwelling law legislation development – to provide the complete realization of the social and economic rights as natural law and its protection in the European Union. It’s being explained the periods of genesis of dwelling legislation as objective condition of improvement of Ukrainian legislation.
