THE USE OF RISK ASSESSMENT AS A TOOL AT IMPLEMENTATION OF A BUSINESS CONTINUITY SYSTEM FOR PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The key advantages of modern business is uninterrupted and efficient operation of the company, built in compliance with regulatory requirements and orientation on consumer desires. Pharmaceutical enterprises were no exception. For successful activity, they work not only on the quality of products, but also on improving the management system. The implementation of ISO 22301 «Business Continuity Management System» will help to save the company and prevent or minimize the consequences of emergencies .To implement the project, it is necessary to assess the critical stages of the company’s activities and establish the value of each process. This information is further required for the optimal allocation of resources and building a business continuity system for a pharmaceutical company with the regulation of measures to prevent or eliminate the consequences of emergency situations as soon as possible.
