THE WAYS OF INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF FORMS OF ECONOMY IN A SYSTEM OF AGRARIAN RELATIONS OF POST-SOCIALIST COUNTRIES

Abstract
An experience of institutionalization of forms of economy of post-socialist countries in a system of agrarian relations is analyzed. Main directions of development of agrarian sector of Ukraine are determined. The necessity of development of socioecologo-economic forms of economy is proved. An international experience (for example, post- Soviet countries) of reference and organization of service and production agricultural cooperation are analyzed. According to the results of study is proved that agricultural cooperation is the most effective and efficient form of economy in agricultural sector, as the balanced connects the three components: economic, social and ecologic. Tendencies of institutionalization of forms of economy in a system of agrarian relationship were investigated. The necessity of creation of effective system of institutions with an aim of functioning effective and rational forms of economy in agrarian sector of Ukraine, which could provide a balancing of economic, social and ecologic spheres, is confirmed. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, it's confirmed that development socio-ecologo-economical forms of economy are accompanied with modification of the institutional structure of regulation of agriculture. It's proved that the functioning of effective forms of economy promotes the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the national economy.
