Abstract
In the article, based on the export-import of food products, the main trends in the development of the world market were analyzed. The negative balance of the world trade balance was revealed, which indicates the macroeconomic instability in the world and the reduction of international food security. It is determined that the meat market is a priority for Russia in the UAE, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.
