THEORETICAL AND INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF COMPETITION POLICY OF THE STATE

Abstract
Currently, there are many approaches to the formation of state competition policy. Taking into account not only theoretical but also institutional aspects, in the article we conducted a study aimed at forming a holistic system of protection of competition to optimize the process of forming a competitive environment in the state economy. In the article, we reflect the main approaches to the definition of the notion of “competition policy” and suggests a model for the formation of state competition policy taking into account the theoretical and institutional aspects.
