Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the essence and content of one of the key categories of environmental law – ra- tional nature management. Attention is accentuated by proving that this phenomenon belongs to the principles of law. In particular, for this purpose, the signs of rational nature management are compared with the features of the principles of law.
