THEORETICAL AND LEGISLATIVE FOUNDATIONS OF THE RIGHT OF COMMON JOINT OWNERSHIP OF LAND IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the separate legislative and theoretical foundations of the right of common joint ownership of land. The features of the common joint and common share ownership of the land plot are determined. According to the results of the study, the author proposed a definition of the right of common joint ownership of the land and presented signs that characterize the procedure for the implementation of the corresponding right.
