THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF ASSESSING THE EFFICIENCY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE POLICY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical-methodological and methodical aspects of the evaluation effectiveness of the implementation of state policy in the sphere of small and medium enterprises. The declared methods of evaluation of the state policy in the field of entrepreneurship, in particular, concerning the effectiveness of the implementation of the state regional policy and the analysis of regulatory influence, are explored. The scientific approaches to the development of methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship are studied. An author's methodical approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of state policy in the field of small and medium enterprises development, based on the calculation of indicators of the effectiveness of the implementation of state policy in the international, national, cross-sectoral and vector dimensions, has been formed. The main stages of evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of state policy in the sphere of small and medium enterprises are revealed.
