THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF CONSUMER AND MORTGAGE CREDITING

Abstract
Theoretical aspects of consumer and mortgage crediting n a crisis are considered in the article. Basic problems of the consumer and mortgage crediting organization and the prospects for their future development are investigated. The crediting to the population for consumer needs makes it possible to strengthen the economy of the country and in a certain way to smooth the social inequalities of society are in focusing on the article. It is pointed that consumer and mortgage crediting with appropriate state legislation support can provide the increasing of well-being of the population and stabilization of banking system.
