Theoretical aspects of substantiation for the agricultural enterprises business development directions in the context of the innovation technologies introduction

Abstract
Introduction. Current processes of transformation caused by the integration and globalization changes rise demands for the agricultural enterprises to improve the effectiveness of the mechanism that provide economic organization, finance, and business. At the same time the unpredictable natural and biological factors complicate and amplify the risk of such enterprises business. It is the risk factors that demand implementation of the achievements of the scientific research and new approaches to the use of the resour-ces based on innovation. The purpose of this work is a research of theoretical aspects of the business development directions of agricultural enterprises and provisions of the growth of their effectiveness through implementing the innovative technologies. Results. The article determines the most efficient directions of the business process innovation for the agricultural enterprises, such as implementation of the resource conserving agricultural technologies; introducing the new breeds of livestock and new culti-vars; introduction of the modern methods of optimizing the plant cultivation; introduction of the integrated system for the plants protection assuming the agrotechnical and biological methods; use of the soil protection agriculture; use of the multi-operational combines. The article discusses the value of short term innovation projects to result in the workforce efficiency, energy conservation, decrease in the production costs, increase of the profits, etc. Additionally, a new and promising technology of conservation tillage, which is an important method of preventing erosion and being a prerequisite for the use of highly performant agricultural equipment is proven. An approach of evaluation of the economic effectiveness of a short-term innovation project of the conservation tillage has been substantiated. Conclusion. The current transformation processes caused the rise in the competitiveness demands for the agricultural sector of economy and made development through innovation a top priority. It is evident that the business efficiency is achievable through the innovation in both production and management.
