THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION OF THE UKRAINIAN STOCK MARKET

Abstract
The article examines approaches definition of the essence of the concept “stock market”. Described the changes of the stock market development. Considered the functions, principles and main tasks of the stock market. Determined the main problems of development of the Ukraine stock market. Analyzed concept of legislative changes introduced by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) and highlighted measures of effective functioning of the Ukraine stock market.
