THEORETICAL BASES FOR FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL FACILITATION IN COMMANDERS OF MILITARY SUBSIDIES

Abstract
Introduction. At the current stage, the domestic education system requires the active introduction of innovative technologies that would contribute to the practice-oriented nature of the commanders of the military units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The main guideline in the military education should be the training of a competent military specialist capable of maintaining a high level of integrity and integrity of the state. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conditions for the formation of pedagogical facilitation of commanders of military units in the postgraduate education system. Results. The conceptual provisions concerning formation of readiness of commanders of military units for pedagogical facilitation are formulated: professional formation of future officersfrontier guards takes place in the process of training of the person, mastering the profession and performing professional activity; the process of professional formation of military specialists is individually unique, unique, but it can highlight qualitative features and patterns; professional activity allows servicemen to realize themselves, gives them opportunities for self-actualization (self-realization); The individual trajectory of the professional life of an officer is determined by normative and non-normative events, accidental circumstances, as well as his irrational trains. Facilitation changes the role of commander of the military unit from the leader to a new type of leader, able to create a team to achieve a common goal. Originality. The development of pedagogical facilitation is thoroughly analyzed: systematized approaches of scientists to the problem of continuous education of military specialists. Conclusion. The specifics of the professional activity of the commander of the military unit, as a facilitator, is inextricably linked with the formation of empathy, facilitation, and reflectivity, which, in the presence of a focus on pedagogical activity, become professional-significant qualities. Using the leadership of pedagogical facilitation involves the existence of established guidelines that ensure the unconditional positive acceptance of the learner, empathy, sincere and open attitude towards him. The effectiveness of the pedagogical facilitation of military commanders is ensured by the awareness of the specifics and complexity of pedagogical communication, the formation of communicative, dialogic, humanistic, reflexive abilities that allow creating an atmosphere that stimulates the leadership in the acquisition of new knowledge, contributes to its 209 creative development and personal growth.
