Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concepts of “part in statutory capital” and “corporate rights”. The author, on the basis of comparative law analysis, made their complex research, gave their legal characteristics, revealed common features and differences. At the end of the article, there are a number of conclusions and proposals aimed at improving legislation, which can be the basis for further scientific research.
