Theoretical foundations of state and directions in development of civil-service relations in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of the state and directions in the development of civil-service relations in Ukraine in the context of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”. The concept of civil-service relations from the point of view in the organizational and functional approach is considered. Positive shifts that have been introduced into the civil-service relations by the novels of the Law are revealed. The directions in development of civil-service relations in Ukraine are determined.
