Theoretical-legal problems of representing the applicant’s interests in criminal proceedings

Abstract
In the article examines the issues of consideration by the courts of general jurisdiction of the applicants’ complaints about the actions and decisions of the investigator and the prosecutor, which incorrectly apply the rules of procedural law, regarding the consideration of the said complaints with- out the participation of the applicant, and with the participation of its representative whose procedural status is not defined by the criminal procedural law.
