THEORETICAL MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF REFLECTIVE THINKING OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGIST PRACTITIONER

Abstract

The article represents the theoretical model of development of the reflective thinking of practical psychologist-worker. The theoretical model of development of the reflection thinking based on the psychodynamic approach that develops in researches of academician of the NAPS of Ukraine T.S. Yatsenko. The model contains factors, psychological conditions and mechanisms of development of the reflective thinking of future psychologist practitioner in the process of deeply psychological cognition. The deep psychological correction is defined as the factor of development of the reflective thinking of psychologist practitioner. Development of the reflective thinking being considered as the process of self-organization. This process is determined by principles of organization and methods of deep psychological correction. The deep psychological correction, rendering external influence on development of the reflection thinking, directly stimulates internal determinants, which determine the processes of self-organization. Such internal determinants of the reflective thinking is considered a deeply professional reflection and motivation of self-knowledge. It is defined psychological conditions for development of the reflective thinking of human: objectification, disintegration, and reintegration. It is shown that these psychological terms conditions are provided by methods of deep psychological correction: visualized representation, dialogue, interpretation. The use of these methods obeys the laws of positive disintegration of psyche and it secondary integration at higher level of development. On the basis of analysis of empiric material is defined the quality changes of the reflective thinking. These changes are due to the passage of deep psychological correction by future psychologist practitioner. Basic direction in development of the reflective thinking of personality is expansion of sphere of self-awareness and reflection, increase of realism in the reflection of reality. The criteria of development of the reflective thinking are such: mastering by skills of professional self-knowledge and cognition of psyche of other humans, optimization of ways decision of professional tasks and situations of interpersonally cooperation, deep reflection.
