THEORETICAL SUBJECTS OF LEGAL GUARANTEES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOCIAL DIALOGUE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of legal safeguards to determine them by means of the implementation of social dialogue. We consider the legislation governing the control and responsibility for violations of the social dialogue. Also substantiates that the activities of the social is one of the legal guarantees for social dialogue and the need to strengthen their powers for the rights of social dialogue.
