Therapeutic Possibilities of Choloplant in the Treatment of Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction after Cholecystectomy

Abstract
The article dels with the issues of diagnosis and treatment of sphincter of Oddi dysfunction in patients who underwent cholecystectomy. An emphasis is made on the use of drugs with combined action, for example Choloplant. The study shows that Choloplant enables to restore drainage function of the biliary tract effectively, to improve bile outflow, to reduce lithogenic properties of bile, which promotes prevention of calculi formation, normalization of motor function of the biliary tract, the restoration of tonus of sphincter of Oddi, increased antioxidant protection.
