ТИПОЛОГІЯ СУЧАСНИХ ЕЛЕКТОРАЛЬНИХ МЕДІА-ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У КЛАСИЧНИХ ТА ГІБРИДНИХ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНИХ РЕЖИМАХ

Abstract
Аналізуються умови технологізації електорального процесу та впливу на створення нових медійних технологій. Пропонується типологія сучасних медіатехнологій, які використовуються у період проведення виборчого процесу в країнах класичної та перехідної демократії. Запропоновані нові типи класифікацій медіатехнологій, з огляду на їх використання у країнах перехідних демократій. The article is devoted to the topic of the typology of modern media technologies that are used during the electoral process in the countries of transitional and classical democracy. We analyzed the conditions of the technologizing of the electoral process and their influence on the creation of new media technologies. We also identified several basic criteria for the distribution of media technologies in the electoral process. New classification systems were developed for media-technologies based on their application in the countries with transitional democracies. Great attention was paid to media technologies which were implemented by new mass media. They include using the bases of mobile phone numbers, social networks, blogs, email suite, personal sites of candidates and political parties, video feeds, news blogs and newspapers, computer games etc. It was emphasized that the distribution of media technologies depends on the type of political regime: manipulative media technology (we called them unconventional media technology) prevails in transitional democracy. It was noted that the new category of electoral media technology with a purely technical direction exists. It means that attention of electoral technologists is aimed at developing of the most successful movies (using video editing), audio messages (changing voices etc.) photomontage, loud slogans and others. We tried to indicate the reason of occurrence of manipulative technologies in the countries of hybrid democracies.
