To Compare Quality Of Life And Attachments Of Mothers Having Children With Hyperactive Disorder Along With Attention Deficit And Mothers Having Normal Children

Abstract

Purpose: it is to comparequality of life and attachments of mothers having children with hyperactive disorder along with attention deficit and mothers having normal children. Plan: this research is a kind of casual-comparative one. Statistical society: including all mothers having children with hyperactive disorder along with attention deficit and mothers having normal children in Tehran city. Sampling: using available sampling and matching 240 persons (120 parentshaving normal children and 120 parentshavingchildren with hyperactive disorder along with attention deficit) were selectedin districts 5, 7 and 9 of Tehran.Research tool: Kanerz questionnaire, life quality questionnaire, questionnaire of attachment styles. Method of analysis: the information was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, average, standard deviation, histogram, and illativestatistics and test of multi variable variance analysis and t test.Findings: there were differences between life quality, attachment, physical health, mental health, social relation, environment health, secure attachment, unsecure attachment,mothers having children with hyperactive disorder and mothers having normal children. Conclusion: there was significant difference between life quality, attachment,mental health, environment health of mothers having children with hyperactive disorder and mothers having normal children.Social relation of mothers having normal children is more than mothers having children with hyperactive disorder and there was significant difference between secure attachment and unsecure attachment of mothers having children with hyperactive disorder and mothers having normal children.
