To Prioritize the Effect of Knowledge Management’s Elements on Prediction of Organizational Innovation Case Study: Gas Company of Khuzestan

Abstract
Organizational innovation is one of the main factors having influence on profitability development. Such factor plays a key role in dominating comparative market among the companies having the same products. In this regard, it is important the organizations to predict creativity and develop innovation. During the recent years, the elements of knowledge management have been paid attention by the authors in order to predict future innovation of the organizations. Regarding the importance of the issue, the current study is aimed to prioritize the effect of elements of knowledge management on prediction of organizational innovation of Khuzestan's Gas Company. This is a descriptive study in which data was gathered by use of a knowledge – based questionnaire. The variables include knowledge achievement, knowledge record, knowledge transfer, knowledge innovation and innovation prediction. Results show that there is a meaningful relationship between innovation prediction and the available variables. The priorities of knowledge management investigated in this study include: (a) preparing a field for making organizational knowledge applicable, (b) networking information for the organizations and (c) specifying knowledge available.
