TO THE PROBLEM OF DEFINITION OF "LEGAL MEANS OF REGULATING THE PASSAGE OF CIVIL SERVICE"

Abstract
The article, based on an analysis of scientific views of scholars and applicable law, studied certain types of legal means of regulating the civil service in Ukraine. Proved that within the implementation of the legal regulation of civil service in Ukraine, the following legal means: prohibitions, restrictions, penalties, incentives, incentives. Courtesy of the author's vision on the interpretation of the term “legal means of reg- ulating the civil service in Ukraine”.
