TO THE PROBLEM OF DETERMINING METHODS FOR SOLVING COLLECTIVE LABOR DISPUTES

Abstract
In the article based on the analysis of scientific views and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine methods for solving collective labor disputes are defined and considered. It is stressed that the methods of solving collective labor dis- putes point to the practical side of the implementation of the form of such activity. It is noted that the methods represent a set of methods fixed at the legislative level, the implementation of which is aimed at resolving such a dispute in accordance with the pre-determined form.
