TO THE PROBLEM OF INNOVATIVE PERSONALITY TEACHING

Abstract

Establishing the appropriate model of innovative personality capable of adapting to the outside world is a complex educational task. Understanding of the learning process and acquiring knowledge is changing. Modern technologies have a great impact on life, education and communication method. Connectivism as a learning theory, which is accomodated to the possibilities of our time, is becoming the basis for the development and implementation of new pedagogical technologies in the context of globalization and computer technology. The concept of connectivism is a combination of learning process and the opportunities of modern information and communication technologies. One of the most important aspects of connectivism is the application of network as a central metaphor of the learning process. The key competence of the theory is the ability to use technological advances, finding information from external databases and the ability to link them with existing knowledge and other information.
