TO THE SUBJECT OF LEGAL GOVERNANCE OF THE USAGE OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The topic of legal regulation of usage of unmanned aerial vehicles in Ukraine has been discussed. The possible solutions were outlined. The state of governance of UAV flights was discussed. The differences from Europe, Asia and Australia were highlighted. We argued on necessity of integration of UAV to existent system of aerial space usage.
