TOOLS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC POLICY TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNANCE

Abstract
Public administration is part of political governance derzhvoyu that combines both political and administrative means and tools. In the article the instruments of government in Ukraine and proposed theoretical calculations for their improvement to improve public policy that will zdiynyty modern state changes are needed to ensure effective social and economic progress, to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens and national security.
