TRAFFICKING OF HUMANS - A MODERN PROBLEM OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract

The problem of human trafficking as one of the global problems of the present is investigated. The essence and place of human trafficking in the system of global problems is clarified. The main international legal means of combating human trafficking are analyzed.
