TRANSFORMATION OF A HIGHER SCHOOL LIBRARY: NEW OPPORTUNITIES OF PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The modern age needs an innovational approach to all kinds of activity. Traditional work of a higher school library is undergone changes too. The whole editorial and publishing activity providing by staff of the Scientific Library of the Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University is systematized in the paper on the example of scientific magazine “Odesa National University Herald” series “Library studies, bibliography studies, bibliology”. The result of publishing activities is a publishing product, which is also promoted to scientometric and national databases by the Scientific Library.
