TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DYNAMICS OF SOCIETY MODERNIZATION

Abstract
Modern society is in a state of rapid transformation occurring. Before our eyes the old boundaries are collapsing (political, economic, social, cultural, psychological, administrative) and a new political and social structures arises, where there are new actors and paradigms of social existence. Today, the new social reality requires new forms of awareness, interpretation and understanding. It is important to understand the social responsibility evolution in context of the developing forms of sociality in the transition from one type of society to another, which is purpose of this work. Social responsibility is not just an essential element of sociality – this is an association with hope to solve the most painful social problems with it. Modern society (postmodern) compared with the traditional society is characterized by a qualitatively different nature of social organization and position of subject in it. In this case meaning of the changes occurring connected with the human emancipation, terminating the relationship with estate-corporate bonds and realizing his individuality, freedom and personal dignity: now industrial classless world puts autonomous and sovereign individual in a situation of permanent self-determination and choice. In a traditional society collectivist attitudes are dominated, individualism is not welcomed(as freedom of the individual actions can lead to infraction of the existing timetested order) In general, traditional societies characterized by the predominance of collective interests over private, including the interests primacy of the existing hierarchical structures (state and so on). Prized not only an individual capacity, as a place in the hierarchy (the bureaucracy, class, clan, and so on), which person takes a place of. In the transition from a traditional society to a modern society, a new direction of social development has formed. It characterized by several important features: the labor development of free citizens, so that workers has become a real social force; a tendency toward individualization; as well as increased mobility associated with the development of vast territories. In fact, there has happened a deep restructuring of the whole psychic apparatus of human. The main form (configuration, gestalt) of human behavior have focused on achieving an optimal balance within themselves and between them and the environment. So, a new social and psychological program of the behavior have formed, according to which people have to find their own way in life and take personal responsibility for their actions and thoughts. For this, one should realize what is going on around him, foresee the consequences of their own behavior and the behavior of other people, compare the present times with moments of past and future events. The fact that the most important social changes today is the result of massiveness, collectively organized actions, make the tendency of responsibility socialization, though not total, but irreversible. Responsibility for the solution of global problems goes beyond the scope of individual societies, acquiring a regional and even a planetary character. In this way, study of the genesis of social responsibility shows that the process of transition from a traditional society to modern and postmodern, the meaning of «responsibility» has evolved from the moral, ethical and legal to social (responsibility for public relations and the future of humanity).
