Transformation of the National Economic System with the Cognitive-Informational Features: Endogenous and Exogenous Resources

Abstract
In the context of solving challenges of building the economy of information type in the state is necessary to form the optimization complex of the means, methods and tools for process-closed control to ensure the safety of function of the national economic system with elimination of destructive factors of influence on processes of state-building in the context of resource constraints and threats to socio-political arrangements in Ukraine. Scientific and practical basis for transformation of the national economic system are researched. In the article, scientific priority as to elaborating the adequate modeling solutions and the use of system-universal technologies of the cognitive-informational strategizing is substantiated. The authors have accentuated the identification of internal and external resources of transformation of the national economic system with the cognitive-informational features.
