TRANSNATSIONAL CORPORATION: THE DETERMINING PROBLEM OF THE INTERNATIONAL LEGA L PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article highlights the problem of determining the international legal personality of transnational corporations conditioned by the existence of various scientific views on the concept of international personality and the circle of subjects of international law. The study of the legal nature of transnational corporations and their role in shaping the international economy and politics is being carried out.
