Transport-logistical system of Ukraine: problems and prospects of development

Abstract
The main indicators of the development of the transport and logistics system are analyzed and on this basis the problems of its functioning are revealed, among which lack of funds for the reproduction of fixed assets due to understatement of their value and insufficient level of depreciation; limited funding from state and local budgets; unprofitability of transport sector enterprises; insufficiently effective management of logistics activities due to low quality and efficiency of cargo transportation. As a result of the study it was established that modern conditions of management of enterprises in the transport sector require the implementation of fundamental reforms that should be to improve the management of transport and financial flows, innovative investment and logistics activities, the introduction of e-commerce mechanisms in the context of modernization and development of the digital economy.
