TRAVELLERS INTO THE GIANT SPACE OF GLOBALIZATION – MIGRATION PHENOMENON AND ITS IMPLICATIONS AT THE FAMILY LEVEL

Abstract

Globalization process has determined a lot of changes at an individual level. These changes are reflected in the modern family profile, which creates individuals able to accomplish the goal of globalization. Thus, young people from the Romanian society, take as a goal, the opportunity of living the country, during or after they finish their studies, for studying or for working in Western countries. This paper tries to analyze the migration of population phenomenon, from economic unstable areas to economic economic stable areas, and, also, the impact of this phenomenon on their families.
