Trzy dystynkcje. O twórczości Adama Kaczanowskiego i problemach z jej recepcją

Abstract

The article discusses three elements characteristic of the works of the poet, prose writer and performer Adam Kaczanowski, which resulted in the poor visibility of his achievements in the critical literary discourse after 2000. The first issue concerns the convention of “onirism, which stands firmly on earth” (or “wide realism”), which did not allow Kaczanowski to enter into the binary system “experience versus language” visible in the most important critical literary approaches of the last dozen or so years. The second issue is Kaczanowski’s critique of late capitalism ideology – the hero of this article touched upon this problem at a time when the economic situation favored primarily post-transformation, liberal and libertarian narrations. The third thread is related to the strategy of contesting the status quo: whereas from the late 1990s in the poetry and accompanying discourses the most popular category was irony, Kaczanowski used humor as a tool of subversion (both irony and humor are defined after Gilles Deleuze). Dans l’article, l’auteur présente trois éléments caractéristiques de l’oeuvre poétique, prosaïque et performative d’Adam Kaczanowski qui influençent profondément la visibilité médiocre de sa création dans le discours critique après l’an 2000. La première question porte sur la convention de « l’onirisme qui se tient bien débout » (ou bien sur « le vaste réalisme ») qui ne permet pas à Kaczanowski de s’inscrire dans la structure binaire : « l’expérience contre le langage » bien présente dans la plupart des conceptions critiques des dernières dizaines d’années. Deuxième question intéressante, c’est la critique faite par Kaczanowski de l’idéologie dans le capitalisme tardif – le héros de cet essai s’exprime au sujet quand la conjoncture favorise les narrations post-transformatives, libérales sur l’individu et ses libertés. Troisième motif est lié à la stratégie de la contestation de status quo: lorsque l’ironie était une catégorie particulièrement populaire dans la poésie et les discours accompagnants, Kaczanowski profite surtout de l’humeur étant pour lui un outil de la subversion (la notion de l’ironie et de l’humeur y est conforme avec la pensée de Gilles Deleuze).
