Twórczość człowieka a innowacyjność organizacji

Abstract
This article refers to a very serious issue of the connection between human`s creativity and effective functioning of business. At the begging there is an explication of creativeness interpreted as a mental attribute, that determines the level of innovation in any organization. The originality was presented as something multifarious. The next part of the publication is about creative person`s characteristic, with essential emphasis on the differences between creative people and non-creative persons. Another part of the text concerns the influence of creative persons on the functioning of organization. There are shown many positive features of leading in the innovations into an organization`s manners, likewise there are presented reasons that it may be very difficult to implement the novel ideas and solutions. The last part of the article describes the process of growing worker`s creativity. The main aspect is put on forming the creativity before people`s employment.
