TYPES OF COURT ORDER IN CIVIL PROCEDURE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the problem of classification of court orders in civil procedure of Ukraine. The division of court orders is offered on materially-legal and judicially-legal criteria. The Materially-legal criterion of classification of court orders is character of materially-legal requirement of declarant to the debtor on that the court order is given out. The Judicially-legal criterion of classification of court orders is an amount of materially-legal requirements on that the order of court is given out. It is also suggested to divide court orders of depending on the order of their address to execution.
