TYPES OF PUBLIC COUNCILS WITHIN EXECUTIVE BODIES AMONG CONSULTATIVE AND ADVISORY BODIES

Abstract
In this scientific article the types of public councils at executive bodies within the consultative-advisory bodies are disclosed. Each species is described. The concept and forms of consultation are defined. The concept of «advisory body» and «advisory body» are disclosed. The concept and functions of auxiliary organs are defined.
