Typy kultury organizacyjnej a kompetencje kierownicze przewodniczących zespołów zarządzania kryzysowego na przykładzie województwa mazowieckiego

Abstract

While discussing the success of an organization, it will not be a mistake to state that the competence of its team in accomplishing the goals and objectives determines the scale of the success that is achieved. Also in public administration, organizations pay considerable attention to managerial competence. The employees of public institutions are modelled on private sector employees by implementing modern human resources management. Unfortunately, this is not easy to implement because human resources management in public administration offices has a different legal nature, such as the promotion, employment and dismissal of employees. Another problem is the efficiency of motivating employees, which is due to a low correlation between the effects of work and the remuneration for achieving them. Particular attention should be paid to the competence of the people acting as chairmen of a local government crisis management team. Action in a turbulent environment, while experiencing a variety of hazards, adds even greater importance to the knowledge and skills that make it possible to work effectively in a crisis and achieve goals.
