Abstract
The paper presents the essence of the non-government organization and social partner. Also it referees to the aims and objectives of the military cooperation with these entities. Moreover it shows in the fi elds of the co-operation and the procedure of releasing the military estate to them. It was pointed out that this process is based on the Cooperation Plan, or on the basis of individual consent issued by the Director of the Department of Infrastructure.
