UKRAINE PENSION SYSTEM UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF CRISIS INSTABILITY

Abstract
In this paper separate issues relating to social policy implementation in the field of retirement insurance in the conditions of political and crisis instability are investigated. It is emphasized that pay-as-you-go and defined contribution systems of comprehensive state pension insurance and non-state pension systems are the reflection of the state of society social and economic development. The investigation is focused on the identification of the features of pension system functioning during crisis activities. Problems related to provision of social safety and pension system administration are identified. The ways of improving the concept of pension system taking into account its current state in the context of social and economic development are proposed.
