UKRAINIAN ETHNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS IN NIZHNE-VOLZHSKII LOCAL MUSEUMS

Abstract
Museum collections of regional museum museums of the Lower Volga region have unique Ukrainian artifacts, which testify to the antiquity of appearance and the unique ethnic culture of Ukrainian settlements in the outermost region. The author investigates and analyzes the collections of several district museums in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation, describes household items, traditional clothing, and household implements that were donated to museum funds by the descendants of ethnic Ukrainians who founded their settlements in the Lower Volga region at the end of the 18th and the beginning of the eighteenth century.
