Ukrainian Public Diplomacy: regulatory framework

Abstract
The article is devoted to investigating into the normative legal basis which ensures the realization of the Ukrainian public diplomacy. The laws of Ukraine, such as “On the system of foreign speaking in Ukraine”, “On information”, “On television and radio broadcasting”, “On telecommunications” have been analyzed concerning securing the functioning of public diplomacy of Ukraine. A special attention is paid to the necessity of improving the normative legal basis which ensures the functioning of public diplomacy of Ukraine.
