ULTRASTRUCTURE OF THE ADENOHYPOPHYSIS IN THE ACUTE PERIOD OF BURN PATIENTS DETOXICATION AND APPLICATION SOLUTIONS

Abstract
The article presents data on dynamics of pathological changes in the adenohypophysis burn injury in the experiment and by intravenous infusion pharmacocorrection detoxification solutions. Based on ultrastructural studies found that the use of direction finding solution HAES-LX-5% and lactoprotein-C significantly reduced the pathological changes in the tissue of the adenohypophysis in burn disease, reduce the development of edema and loss of endocrine cells.
