UNFAIR COMPETITION AS A TYPE OF ECONOMIC OFFENCE

Abstract
In the article the author analyzes and generalizes the existing theoretical approaches to unfair competition as a type of economic offense. The types and forms of unfair competition are analyzed. The article defines responsibility and a system of protection against unfair competition. According to the current legislation, the judicial procedures that can be applied to the violators of the law in realization of matters of unfair competition are analyzed in detail, and also the ways of their application and improvement are defined.
