Abstract
The phenomenon of university education is analyzed from the perspective of needs and trends that characterized the post-industrial society, which seeks to make the development of the information society. Deals with the current problem of choosing the ways of university education in Ukraine in reliance on the expansion of research through the introduction of distance form of studies and, as a consequence, the formation of a conceptual model development. The key scientific positions to ensure sustainable development of innovative university education. In further studies to develop appropriate synergies updated, the Disciplinary field development model, based on the measurement in terms of organizational culture.
