UNLAWFUL INFLUENCE ON THE RESULTS OF OFFICIAL SPORTS EVENTS: CRIMINAL-LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
The article is devoted to a characterization of unlawful influence on the results of official sports competitions. The author reveals the objective and subjective elements of the crime, which specified in an article 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the construction of legal norm, which analyzes in the article.
